By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 14x platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 14x as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
The 14x platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of this service is lawful under the laws of your country of residence.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 14x platform. Creating multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 14x reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate the information provided. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact the 14x support team immediately.
- Providing false or misleading information
- Registering an account on behalf of another person without authorisation
- Using another person's identity
- Registering with an email address or phone number that does not belong to you
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of the 14x platform are required to use all provided services responsibly and in accordance with these terms. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate odds, or use unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity conducted through the platform
- Use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software without written authorisation
- Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes
- Bonus or promotion abuse, including opening multiple accounts for that purpose
- Any action that compromises the security of the system or other users
14x reserves the right to investigate any suspected suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending an account while the investigation is ongoing.
Payment and Transaction Policy in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 14x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and were obtained through legitimate means.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method used. Current limits can be found in the finance section of your account. 14x reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established identity verification procedures. 14x reserves the right to delay processing until satisfactory verification is received. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the payment method and external factors beyond 14x's control.
- Successful deposits cannot be reversed once credited to the account
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name
- Any transaction fees charged by the bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the user
- 14x is not liable for any delays caused by third-party systems
Liability Limits & Warranty Disclaimer
The 14x platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. 14x does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 14x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to unavoidable technical errors.
14x's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim, subject to limits set by applicable Malaysian law.
Account Suspension and Closure
14x reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or at the user's own request. In cases of closure due to a breach, the account balance may be withheld pending an ongoing investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 14x platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and other materials — is the property of 14x or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 14x.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 14x platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. 14x is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of such services is subject to the respective third-party terms.
Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
14x reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
